CANCELLATION POLICY

At The Mane Room, appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Because I do not require deposits to book, I kindly ask that all clients respect my scheduling policies and appointment availability. 📅 72-Hour Cancellation Policy I require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule. Late cancellations impact my business significantly, as it is often difficult to refill reserved appointment times on short notice. The following fees will apply for cancellations made within the 72-hour window: • 72–48 hours before appointment → 25% of scheduled service total • 48–24 hours before appointment → 50% of scheduled service total • Less than 24 hours before appointment → 75% of scheduled service total • No-call / No-show appointments → 100% of scheduled service total These fees must be paid before booking any future appointments. ⏳ Grace Period A 15-minute grace period is allowed for lateness. After 15 minutes, the appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or canceled depending on the schedule for the day. 🚫 Guests & Children Please do not bring additional guests or children to your appointment unless previously discussed. I work in a shared salon environment and want to remain respectful of the space and experience for all guests. 💡 Emergencies I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If you communicate with me directly, I’m always willing to approach situations with understanding and compassion on a case-by-case basis. 🔄 Refund Policy All sales are final. Refunds are not offered on services, hair extensions, custom hair orders, or retail products.
