CANCELLATION POLICY
🚫 No children or additional guests are allowed during appointments. 💳 A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required for all bookings. ⏳ A 15-minute grace period is provided for lateness; beyond that, the appointment will be canceled as a no-show. 📅 Reschedule at least 7 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit. ❌ No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit the deposit and be charged 100% of the remaining balance. 💡 We understand emergencies happen—call us, and you can reschedule once without losing your deposit. 🔄 Refunds are not available for hair extensions or services provided.
